Roasted Leg of Lamb
Leg of Lamb for Passover
- 1 Leg Lamb
- 1 Bottle White Wine (Kosher)
- 1 bottle Limon Juice (15 oz)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Oregano (Ground)
- Parsley Flakes
Trim Leg of lamb, sprinkle on lemon juice then rum on seasonings salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley.
Let marinade over night, or at least 6 hours.
Put in Roaster/Roasting Pan with the rest of the lemon Juice and Whole bottle of Wine
Cook at 350 degrees for up to 4 hours.(Cook Time may Very on Size of Leg.)
Once cooked shred meat and let soak in juice for an hour at 250 degrees for 1 hours and serve.
