Roasted Leg of Lamb

Leg of Lamb for Passover

  • Roaster
  • 1 Leg Lamb
  • 1 Bottle White Wine (Kosher)
  • 1 bottle Limon Juice (15 oz)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Oregano (Ground)
  • Parsley Flakes
  1. Trim Leg of lamb, sprinkle on lemon juice then rum on seasonings salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley.

  2. Let marinade over night, or at least 6 hours.

  3. Put in Roaster/Roasting Pan with the rest of the lemon Juice and Whole bottle of Wine

  4. Cook at 350 degrees for up to 4 hours.(Cook Time may Very on Size of Leg.)

  5. Once cooked shred meat and let soak in juice for an hour at 250 degrees for 1 hours and serve.
